Return Policy:

Our return policy allows for returns within 31 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Payment will only be refunded to the original payment method

To initiate a return, please contact us at leeladiamondscorporate@gmail.com. Note that returns must be sent to the specified address. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions upon acceptance of your return request. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, allowing us to promptly address and rectify the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain items like perishables, custom products, and personal care goods cannot be returned. Items classified as hazardous materials or flammable liquids are also non-returnable. 

Exchanges:
For a quick exchange, return the item, and upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If shipping to the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies, allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason. The conditions mirror our standard return policy.

Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
